Great idea but had to modify

Bought 2 of these, the Seidio case, and holster for my storm2. With the case it wouldnt sit right to charge but worked with a casemate barely there and the blackberry rubber gel skin. The ends of the case hit before it sat down far enough for a good contact.

I shaved plastic so the ends of the case didnt hit until it sat down further allowing the plug to go deeper into the phone. This made the charger at work function fine.

At home I did the same and when I plugged in the charger to the back of the cradle the plug fell inside, on the back. Under the rubber feet are torx 10 screws to take it apart. I will be trying to wire a usb extension in so I can plug the charger into the cradle.

Cons: Tight fit when using seidio innocase

Works well, when you pay attention. You need to ensure everything is seated correctly, or you wont get a charge. But, if you take your time, it is a good product at a good price. good value.

After plugging in the cradle I started to dock my blackberry Storm2, the male attachment on the cradle would not make a good connection insidethe female port on my phone, I had to wiggle the phone and hold in a certain position to make it charge.
