Pros: Very rugged clip
Cons: Chemical odor when new

I bought this because I broke 2 of the Blackberry-branded leather cases. That was a great case, but the belt clip snapped off very easily, within a few months. This case has a steel clip mechanism. The clip and swivel truly seem to be unbreakable. The detachable clip is also nice for when you want to put it in a pocket. The steel clip has not marred my belts and seems to be better than my previous case in this regard. After 1 month the chemical odor mentioned above has dissipated. I think Ill be enjoying this one a long time.

Rugged Cordura Case for 9930 Too Small

Cons: marginally too small for Blackberry Bold 9930

The Cordura casa is marginally too small to practically fit the Bold hone. It is not a one-handed operation to remove the phone in the event of a call. It also exposes the top of the phone because the top flap (which barely closes due being too small) leaves exposed the upper corners of the phone, I would not buy it again and I expect this one will sit in a drawer unused.

Nice case - Does not sleep with the Torch

I needed a case that had three features: Snap to hold the BB in, Belt loop and a magnet for the sleep function. This case had the snap and the magnet. HOWEVER, the magnet is in the wrong position and will NOT put the Torch in sleep mode. I called and they confirmed it, and were willing to give me my money back.

But I decided to fix it instead. If you take an exacto knife, you can make a small "X" where the magnet is and remove it. Then make a small slice on the INSIDE of the case and slip it in. You cannot put it in from the outside, since that is where the belt clip is. You dont need to make an "x". Just a slice and slide the magnet in. Just play with the magnet to get it in the right spot before you slice. use a small piece of tape and try a couple of spots until you find the sweet spot. Then mark with a silver sharpie and cut. Done!
