Never getting anything other then otter again

This was delivered today, and after a full day of using the skin I must say that Im very happy with this purchase. Additionally, it comes with a screen protector. The textured sides are great for holding the phone, and I feel confident that if I dropped the phone I wouldnt damage it. I own the regular Blackberry branded skin, and while I like to change them every so often I dont see slipping my Bold out of this skin anytime soon!

Bad cut out !!!

Pros: Its nice that it protects the entire BB.
Cons: Cant charge it !!

Its a nice case, but I was having an issue with charging it. Went to the store, took my case off. Shortly after the BB is fine, it has updated software. Plenty of Memory and it looks new. Here is a new cord, just in case. bring it home plug it in went to grab it later and it was still not charging. I finally looked at it really good, Ahhhh I noticed the cut out for the USB portis somewhat blocked. The charger was not sitting in properly. Look at the picture that shows the USB cut out, its not cut out properly.
