The one I received was warped slightly so the base would not sit flat on a desk. The plug were the handset docks seems a bit over sized and it takes much effect to get it to plug in, to the point were it feels like you going to break something.

Im only going to use this to charge the spare battery and get a real Blackberry brand dock for desktop sync/charge.

Poor Chinese knock off design. I do not recommend.

The AC adapter does not charge the handset, only the spare battery slot. Only the USB cord built in will charge/sync the handset and it does not charge the spare battery.
