Good Fuel System. Bad Holster!

Pros: Charges very well per tech specs.
Cons: Holster does not latch adequately.

I have had the same problem with the holster after a couple replacements. The clip is not an industry style "spring clip" and does not shoulder the phone. After a few times placing the phone in/out of the holster, the holster seems wore out. It has no snug tight feeling and leaves your expensive having a chance to fall. This is a manufacturing defect and this issue needs to be addressed ASAP.

Design Flaw

While in concept I feel that this is a great solution, this CM case has a slight design flaw for the 9700 (not sure if other models have this issue). The problem that I found was the retaining clip the holds the phone in the case. After just a weeks worth of use, I was noticing that the phone was falling out excessively. At first I thought that I was just not holdetering it properly, but after a few holsters where I consciously ensured that the phone was secure it still ultimately fell out. That prompted me to do a closer inspection of the clip portion of the holster and I noticed that this clip was "relaxed" from when I opened it out of the box. I could not figure out why other than it looked like it was where two parts came together versus the actual clip breaking. I cannot see the clip breaking as it has a substantial "T" designed wall to prevent such an occurance.

Im returning mine today (without any problems from CrackBerry - thanks!) versus getting a new one until I learn more about what others are experiencing. I read one post that the user wished this had a locking clip. I wonder if he had the same problem?
