Pros: Charging a backup battery is very helpful.
Cons: -

When in a conference or an all-day meeting, I appreciate having an extra battery that is fully charged in my jacket pocket. My 9810 gets a lot of use and it needs additional battery to safely get through a busy day.

Pros: light weight, portable and a life saver.....super convenient!

This product works great! It charges my extra battery perfectly! It allows me to always stay connected and not worry about one of my batteries dying on me. I would highly recommend for shoppers to take advantage of the "package deal" crackberry has purchasing the external charger and an extra battery @ a discounted price. You wont regret it!!

My favorite BlackBerry accessory by far. I travel a lot so this is very convenient. I keep a spare battery in the mini-charger at all times, and when I pull out the spare I swap in my dead one. Highly recommended.
