Pros:  Stylish, and metal belt clip fits to the belt easily.
Cons:  VERY snug fit initially, but stretches out over time.

Very stylish, and professional looking case. The leather-wrapped metal belt clip fits nicely & easily on my belt, and doesnt swivel which I like. My Bold is VERY snug, and to get the flap to close completely, I have to shove my Bold into it fully. But, Im starting to realize the leather is stretching more to fit it more comfortably as I insert/remove it in/from the case. Because the case is snug, it keeps it thin so the case doesnt protrude from my belt. I dont know if its worth $40 but the important thing...it fits my Bold.

I was looking for a case that had a belt clip but was still slim enough to put in a jacket pocket and came across this case. Like many reviewers, I found the case very tight to begin with, but after about a day, it stretched out to be a perfect fit. The clip is really tight, which is both good and bad as I sometimes have difficulty attaching it to my belt, but once its there, its very solid. The lack of swivel clip is also both good and bad as it wont break from getting in and out of cars (a common complaint amongst those using the top case), but likewise, it cannot be positioned the way you want it to be.

The biggest problem is the fact that when removing the phone from the case, itll press some buttons on the way out. Thats had various results ranging from entering a certain application to dialing a random person.

If you can live with the accidental key presses, then Id recommend it. If accidental key presses bother you, then look for something else.

Cons:  Every day Use Not practical

Case too tight, muffles ringer & leaves NO access to headset or power jack. too hard to get phone out of case to answer it.
