Just took delivery of this case in Black as I thought the other colours looked a feminine.

I was wanting a case that would cover the device completely and one that i could also use with my bb8900 in a skin

BB fits in nicely. Just need to get a skin now.

I have this case in black, and it is my favorite of all my Blackberry accessories. It is very well made, and very stylish looking. It puts your phone on standby when you put it in the case, saving on battery life. I dont use the wrist strap, as I like a more professional look, but its a great case overall and I would highly reccommend it.

I have the previous version of this case. Its very durable and offers all around protection unlike the leather holster cases.

As a man, Id of course go with the all black. All the other colors look feminine. Id also definitely lose the lanyard as its also a bit feminine. Other than that, its a great case and I love it.

Great looks, and protects the entire unit, not just the screen etc.

I have so many cases and this is my favorite! It is small and slim yet accommodates my Curve 8900 with hard rubberized skin. Very stylish and has a small pocket on the side that you can carry cash and maybe business cards or a drivers license. I wouldnt recommend carrying credit cards because of the magnetic strip might become deactivated. The leather is durable and it has nice contrast stitching.

The only drawback, and the reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5, is that lanyard looks like it might (definitely) break. That wouldnt be so bad but the part of the string that goes into the handle looks like it cannot be replaced so once the string breaks youre done. Ive already started looking around for spare lanyards. Also, to me it looks much more like a female case. Id probably laugh if I saw a man carrying this around on his wrist and if you are going to remove the lanyard, then why bother with this case. The sleeper magnet is great and i have already seen much better batter performance. So ladies, grab a few, they come in solid and two-tone colors!
