Reviewers on other web sites complained that batteries they ordered may not really be OEM. Reviews on Crackberry are mostly good and made me more confident about ordering. Very pleased with the result!

I purchased this bettery just about a year ago as a replacement for the original battery, which was no longer holding charge. I was afraid that if I dont buy a replacement from the phone company the battery wont last more than an few months before dying on me. It has been a full year and the battery still holds charge perfectly with regular use. It is one of two phones i have, but I always have it with me and do use it on a regular basis. Very satisfied with this purchase! I rarely write reviews, but seeing how difficult it was to find a reliable replacement battery i felt that a positive review was warranted here!

I got two replacement Blackberry batteries for my wifes Curve 8330. She has had the phone 2 years, and wants to keep it another year. Only recently did her batteries start to give her trouble, so I contacted Crackberry. They were delivered very quickly, work great, and cost less than half of what Verizon had charged us for a spare originally. Thanks, Crackberry!

I needed a new battery for my Blackberry and had ordered a cheaper priced battery thinking I would save a lot and get such a bargain. However, when I received the battery and tried charging it overnight, it still didnt work! It was a dud battery. So, I went back and ordered the slightly pricier battery and am very happy with it! The lesson learned here is to pay a little more for quality.

A simple bubble wrapped envelope would have been fine to send the single battery. The box was way too big and extremely wasteful.

I recently purchased a battery for my Blackberry. Upon delivery from Crackberry, I noticed the bag the battery was in had a sticker on it that said "May 07". I figured it was just a bag. But it was not. This battery must be that old due to the fact that it does not even last as long as the 1 1/2 year battery I had in my phone originally! needless to say, this was my 1st Crackberry purchase and I can assure you, It will not happen again!

This tiny battery arrived in a book-size, well-insulated box, so I had no reason to expect a defective product. Yet the battery itself had scuff marks as if its already had a lot more use than the battery Im replacing. Sure enough, it arrived with no juice, and Ive been unable to get it to charge--even after leaving it plugged in overnight.

Ill return this for a replacement only because the shipping time is fast and maybe my original battery will hold out a few more days. Just very disappointed at the moment.

I received this battery in the mail in record time however, the battery was completely dead. My phones original battery still functions, though it is sporadic. I took the phone to my carrier to be certain that there is nothing wrong with the blackberry curve itself. They said it was the battery, so I ordered one from Crackberry. Unfortunately, the battery that was shipped does not work at all. It is completely dead. I spent more on shipping than on the battery itself! This really is a huge disappointment.
